Companion Flanges
The companion flange is a sort of wellhead flange adapter conformed with API 6A specification, it is also named
threaded flange. The companion flange is used to correspond to another flange and having bolt holes that align with
another flange is a trait of this type of flange.
The companion flange is also applied for pipelines, a plumbing system and Wellhead Christmas tree, they are
available in sizes of 2 1/16" 5M x 2 3/8" UPTBG, 2 9/16" 5M x 2 7/8" UPTBG, 3 1/8" 3M x 3 1/2" UPTBG, 2 1/16" 10M
